Family Literacy Programs for Adult Learners
Family Literacy Programs provide instruction to both parents and children. Parents receive academics, English Language proficiency (if needed), work readiness and civics/citizenship skills along with parenting skills and interactive child/parent activities. Children receive developmentally appropriate activities and help with school work, as appropriate. These programs focus on providing multiple generations with skills to be successful both in the job market and in school

Integrated English Language and Civics Education Programs
These programs provide English Language Learners with increased English Language Proficiency, Work Readiness skills, Civics/Citizenship skills while also learning specific skills within a particular occupation or career cluster. The goal of these programs is to increase employment and career building opportunities in occupations with career ladders leading to family sustaining wages for English Language Learners. Participants must meet certain requirements to be eligible.
